Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 200ml thick cream
  • teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

  1. Beat egg white till soft peaks
  2. Gradually add caster sugar
  3. Add teaspoon of vanilla essence
  4. Beat cream till soft peaks
  5. Fold cream and egg white mixture
  6. Freeze in plastic container for 12 hours
